PDA Sporting Club
A brand-led website for PDA Sporting Club Premier, a New Jersey youth soccer club, built to turn local visibility into trial and clinic registrations.

Overview
PDA Sporting Club Premier trains players ages 3 to 18 across Sussex and Warren County, New Jersey, from introductory clinics through competitive travel and club teams. TAG Online rebuilt the club’s web presence around a single goal: make it effortless for a parent to find the club, understand the right program for their player, and register. I led creative direction and owned the UX/UI design; the TAG team handled the build.
The Challenge
The club’s most common piece of feedback said it all: “we never knew you were here.” A strong program with serious, club-owned facilities was effectively invisible to the families searching for it. The old site also did little to answer the three questions every prospective parent asks first: what league do you play in, what tournaments do you attend, and how much does it cost. The brief was to fix the visibility problem and convert first-time visitors into registrations.
Approach
- Brand built from the new logo. A bold, athletic identity anchored by a condensed Bebas Neue display face and clean Inter body type, applied consistently across every section.
- Registration-first. The primary action is never more than a tap away. A dedicated “Register for what’s happening now” section surfaces the two to six active trials, clinics, and programs running at any given time.
- Answer the real questions. Leagues are named plainly and prominently (ECNL RL, NPL, MAPL, EDP), with placement guidance that helps parents find the right fit for their player.
- Proof over claims. College commits, family testimonials, and the club’s own facilities do the convincing.
- Found, not just seen. Geo-targeted SEO for Sussex and Warren County aligns the site with the exact terms local families search, directly closing the visibility gap.
- Social proof in motion. A live Instagram feed keeps the homepage current and gives families a second, lower-commitment way to follow along.
Design and Build
The design leads with a full-bleed match-action hero video and professional photography, paired with a confident, sporty type system that signals a premier program. It runs on WordPress with Elementor so the club can keep dated content (tryouts, camps, events) current without a developer, and it is tuned with WP Rocket caching and a CDN for fast loads on the phones most parents browse from. The layout is fully responsive and designed mobile-first for an on-the-go audience.
Outcome
The new site is live at pdascp.com, giving PDA Sporting Club Premier a first impression that matches the quality of its program and a clear, repeatable path from “we never knew you were here” to a completed registration.
